Post Doctoral Fellowship
Posted 3/26/25
AOTC is excited to announce an opening for a new full-time postdoctoral fellowship. Located in Wilmington Delaware, the AOTC is a thriving private practice that has been proudly serving the tri-state area for over 20 years. Our treatment team is composed of several well-seasoned clinical psychologists who are leading experts in treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders. We are dedicated to training clinicians at various levels, and our priority is cultivating a warm and supportive environment to maximize the professional development of our trainees.
The postdoctoral fellow will receive extensive training in providing evidence-based treatments for individuals with OCD and various anxiety and related disorders. Targeted skills of development will include, but are not limited to, exposure and response prevention, prolonged exposure, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, habit reversal training, cognitive behavioral intervention for tics, and motivational interviewing. The postdoctoral fellow is expected to provide both individual and/or family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. While we do require our staff to work two evenings a week or one weekend day, the AOTC offers highly flexible scheduling to support the personal needs of our team members. Upon successful completion of the psychology licensure requirements, the postdoctoral fellow will be considered for a full-time staff psychologist position.
Applicants must be on track to complete their doctoral program (PsyD or PhD) in counseling or clinical psychology by 8/31/25. Applicants are required to have a strong background in providing evidence-supported treatments for a variety of populations, including children and adolescents. Applicants should have a firm knowledge base of ERP treatment for OCD, and experience with utilizing ERP in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
If you are interested in joining our team, please forward a cover letter, CV, and 3 letters of recommendation to Dr. K. Peer Mugnier, at: DrPeer Mugnier @AOTCdelaware.com.
