Kylie Hastings, PsyD
Dr. Kylie Hastings is a postdoctoral fellow at AOTC and earned both her Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Over the past three years, she has worked in private practice, community outpatient, and healthcare settings, providing therapeutic care for diverse populations across the lifespan. Currently, Dr. Hastings focuses on honing and implementing exposure and response prevention (ERP) strategies to treat anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. She is experienced in treating anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, and other related concerns with evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
Dr. Hastings is also passionate about advocacy and diversity, with experience providing integrated gender affirming care for those within the LGBTQ community. She demonstrates a person-centered approach in her work to provide individualized care for each client. Dr. Hastings believes collaboration and open communication are integral parts of quality care and positive therapeutic outcomes. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys music and movies, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
